This includes, for example, that the partner company always has current products and spare parts in stock and offers excellent and professional customer service. aprimeo diagnostics had to qualify, among others, in the following areas:
- Local sales office and representatives
- Administrative set-up
- Representation
- Sales and Service
- After Sales Support & Complaint Management
aprimeo diagnostics meets all these requirements and has therefore achieved the official Premium Partner status after only three years. The status is granted to only one single sales partner per country and is indicated by the Bosch Premium Partner logo.
